Innovative Mixed-Use Hub “City Press Club” Moves into Development Phase
A new landmark for media, dining, and urban living is officially under development. The City Press Club project represents a modern fusion of industry and lifestyle, anchoring a high-tech broadcast center with premium hospitality and residential units.
The development, a multi-story facility designed for maximum community impact, will serve as the new headquarters for G1NBC TV STATION. This state-of-the-art broadcast hub will provide the region with enhanced local news coverage and digital media production capabilities, utilizing a glass-fronted modern design that invites public engagement.
Complementing the media center, the ground floor will host the City Press Club Bistro. Designed as a high-end social and culinary destination, the Bistro is set to become a primary gathering spot for journalists, local professionals, and residents, offering a unique “press club” atmosphere that celebrates the city’s media culture.
To address the growing demand for boutique urban housing, the project’s upper elevation includes six luxury apartments. These units are designed to offer high-end finishes and modern amenities, catering to professionals who desire a “live-work-play” environment within the heart of the city’s media district.
”This project is about more than just a building; it’s about creating a vibrant ecosystem where information, community, and living intersect,” said a representative of the development team. “By combining the reach of G1NBC with the social energy of the Bistro and the comfort of these new residences, we are building a true community asset.”
Construction under development, with a phased opening expected.
